What Makes our TeaRoom Special…
Our menu varies weekly based upon what is growing in our gardens and produced by other local farmers.
Everything that we serve is created “from scratch” which means that not only did we grow much of what you will eat, but also that we harvested, washed and then prepared it, onsite.
Homemade soup and herb bread or homemade crackers are standard fare.
We also create amazing herb salads, with Claude’s featured daily dressings – which he is sometimes willing to share the recipe for! (and may even have some for you to take home).
We make our own pasta, sauces and desserts. In addition, we provide the chicken, turkey and eggs and our daughter raises the beef that we serve.
Agassiz producers provide cheese, coffee, hazelnuts, salmon, pea sprouts, veggies, strawberries, corn and more.
Come taste for yourself why Limbert Farm is an ideal place to dine while on your Circle Farm Tour journey through the country!
Utilize this charming space for your group of eight or more to have lunch or afternoon tea.
We also offer pre-booked tours of the gardens for groups of eight or more. These tours are “herb walks” that “feed the senses”. They will introduce you to a wide variety of herbs that we grow, how to use them, how to preserve them etc.
Trudie has been growing herbs for over thirty years and is always excited to share her passion with others.
