Individually designed Limbert Mtn Farm Experiences can be arranged for your group. Create a combination of wild herb identification, culinary herb class or learn about organic gardening. Harvest from the vegetable & herb gardens and learn how to prepare a meal fresh from scratch.

Group Bookings

WILD HERB WALK

Join Trudie for a "walk on the wild side." Identify plants that are edible as well as useful in a variety of ways. Learn when and how to wild craft and to prepare the herbs. Our area is abundant with nutritious spring herbs to complement your daily meals. This experience takes place on the hillside trails at Limbert Mountain Farm so weather appropriate clothing & footwear is advised.

Group Bookings

We offer the opportunity to book your group for a "Wild Herb" experience from mid April until September. The wild herbs are generally at their peak from mid April until the end of May.

Cost: $40 per person, plus tax

WILD HERB WALK & COOKING ON THE WILD SIDE

Walking on the wild side as above, followed by Cooking on the Wild Side. Learn about the spring wild edibles and then enjoy a 4 course meal incorporating the freshly harvested wild herbs prepared in our farm Bistro. The Cook will share recipes and method of preparation to create nutritious wild meals.

Group Bookings

We offer the opportunity to book your group for a "Wild Herb and Cooking on the Wild side" experience from mid April until the end of May. The wild edibles are generally at their peak during that time.

INTERACTIVE CULINARY HERB EXPERIENCE

Experience a wide variety of culinary herbs "up close and personal" as Trudie walks with you through the herb gardens. Learn about the unique characteristics of the herbs, when and how to harvest and their many uses in the kitchen and for simple remedies for your family.

INTERACTIVE CULINARY HERB EXPERIENCE
AND HERBALICIOUS LUNCH

A herb walk through the gardens as above with a "herb inspired" 4 course meal served in our farm Bistro, prepared from our farm grown produce. The Cook will share the secrets of preparing simply delicious food with the addition of freshly harvested herbs.

We offer the opportunity to book your group for a Culinary Herb Experience and Herbalicious Lunch in our Bistro as described above. Bookings from June until September.

DINNER OR LUNCH WITH A DIFFERENCE

Join Claude and Trudie for a "fresh food experience", created from what they produce on their farm. They will share their recipes and methods of preparation during the serving of a 4 course dinner. Taste that "fresh", "from scratch" difference and be able to recreate the recipes in your own home.

Group Bookings

Enjoy a private dining experience with your friends or family in our on-farm Bistro. Taste that "fresh from scratch" difference. We will share our recipes and methods of preparation so that you can recreate the menu in your own home. Seasonal 4 course menus available to choose from. Includes a 4 course dinner.
